A Household Quiet time?

Does anyone do siestas at their house?  Several cultures have this as a part of their days' rhythm, there a lots of benefits, and there is evidence to support that this is a natural & needed part of our biological make-up.  I've never quite made this work on any regular basis, but I sure want to! Naps for everyone?! Maybe not, but quiet time enough for those who need them to get a nap, and down time enough for everyone else to re-collect themselves for the second part of the day.  Sounds great to me!  This site says that a siesta should not be more than 30 min, but I expect whatever a family with young children can manage is a good thing.
